What are your rental requirements?

  • Income must be 3x the rental amount

What is your application fee?

There is no initial fee to apply for an apartment. If your application is approved, a $45.00 application fee is added to your total move-in costs.  We require a rental application to be completed by all adults (age 18 or older) who will occupy the apartment.

Will you prorate the rent?

Yes, the rent will be prorated depending on the day you move in. If you move into the apartment of the 10th of the month, ten days rent will be subtracted from your total move-in cost. You can move in as the apartment is available and your application has been approved.

*Rent is always due on the first of the month. 


How are security deposits refunded?

Security deposits are refunded after the expiration of your lease term, provided you have fulfilled all of the terms and conditions of your rental agreement. Your security deposit will be forwarded to your new address within 14 days of vacating the apartment.

*RENT DEPOSITS MAY NOT BE APPLIED TO UNPAID RENT. PET DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

How much is the security deposit?

The Security deposit amount is the same as one months rent for an apartment or $200 for a weekly rental.. The deposit must be paid at the time of move-in.

How soon can I move in?

Applications are processed within two business days. You can move in as soon as your application is approved.

What are your lease terms?

We offer 3, 6 and 12-month lease terms. Rental prices will vary depending on duration of lease.

All apartments can be rented on a weekly or monthly basis.

Do you allow pets?

We allow pets in the apartments if they are equipped to handle pets and with an additional non-refundable pet deposit.

Approval of pet will depend on size, breed, and previous rental references. 

Some properties are pet-free unless you own a certified and registered service animal. If this is the case, be sure to include that paperwork with your application. We do not accept Dr. Letters or Internet Registration for Emotional Support Animals. All Service animals (Seeing Eyes, Handicap, and Companion ) Animals must have completed their training and be Registered and Certified by the State, Military, or Police and First Responder organizations for a minimum of 30 days before your application. All pet fees and deposits apply to each animals. The $75 per pet per month Pet rent applies to all pets. There is NO PET DEPOSIT FOR LEGITIMATE SERVICE ANIMALS.

How do I pay rent?

We accept rent payments in cash, cashier's check, money orders or a credit card. A 2.5% transaction fee is added to all credit card transactions.

Is the apartment available the same as the one in the photos?

The apartment available may be different than the one in the photos. All of the apartments have the same amenities and similar furnishings. Exact square footage may vary.
